In DE pkts Number of packets received with the discard eligibility (DE) bit
set. When the DE bit is set, it indicates that the frame is discarded in
preference to other frames without the DE bit set. The DE bit may be set by
the network or the user. Once it is set, it cannot be reset by the user.
Out DE pkts Number of packets transmitted with the DE bit set
Dropped packets Number of dropped packets
