분해 절차
1. 시트와 나사산을 청결히 한다.
2. 유압 공구 세트의 상태를 점검하고 사용가능 하도록
준비한다.
3. 지지대(익스텐션 나사)와 잭을 설치한다.
4. 호스를 펌프에서 디스트리뷰팅 피이스를 통하여 잭
으로 연결한다.
5. 너트가 밀착될 때까지 잭의 피스톤을 돌린 후, 피스
톤을 절반정도 풀어준다. 이것은 너트를 풀기 위한
공간을 확보하는데 중요하다.
6. 유압 펌프의 배출밸브를 개방한다.
7. 잭의 에어 벤팅 플러그를 개방하고 펌핑에 의한 에
어벤팅을 점검한다.
8. 벤팅 플러그를 닫고 너트를 풀기 위해서 명시된 압
력까지 가압한다.
9. 지지대의 홀을 통해 손으로 핀을 사용하여 너트를
절반 정도 푼다.
10. 풀린 너트가 잭의 피스톤과 접촉하지 않고 자유롭게
움직이는지 반드시 점검한다. 그렇지 않으면 유압
을 해제한 후에 잭과 너트는 서로 고착될 수 있다.
만일 고착되면 유압을 조금씩 증가시키고 너트가 잭
피스톤에서 풀리도록 시계 방향으로 약 1/4정도 회
전시킨다.
11. 유압을 해제하고, 공구 세트를 해체한다.

Loosening Procedure
1. Clean seat and threads.
2. Check condition of the hydraulic tool set and
make them ready to use.
3. Mount support (extension screw) and jack.
4. Connect hoses from the pump to the jacks via
the distributing piece.
5. Turn the piston of jack until contacting the nut
and then unscrew the piston by about half turn.
This is important to provide space for loosening
the nut.
6. Close the release valve of the hydraulic pump.
7. Open air venting plug of the jack and check air
venting by pumping..
8. Close the venting plug and pressurize up to the
specified pressure for loosening the nut.
9. Unscrew the nut by half turn manually by means
of a pin through the hole of the support.
10. Be sure to check that loosened nut moves freely
without contacting the piston of the jack.
Otherwise, jack and the nut may be stuck each
other after releasing hydraulic pressure. If stuck,
increase hydraulic pressure slightly and turn the
nut about 1/4 turn clockwise for loosening from
the piston of the jack.
11. Release the hydraulic pressure and dismount the
tool set.
