그림 2에서와 같이 연결핀을 뽑아서 연료 랙과 연료

제어 레버를 분리시킨다.
연료 공급관용 블록을 3 개의 볼트를 풀어내어 분리

비하여 연료 분사 펌프 주변에 깨끗한 헝겊을 비치해 두십
시오.
분해하고자 하는 실린더의 양측면에 있는 크랭크케

이스 커버를 개방한다.
커넥팅 로드 상부 스터드용 4개의 너트를 유압으로

풀어낸 후 너트와 스터드를 분리한다.

분해 압력 : 1170 bar (max. 1208 bar)

그림 2와 같이 회전방지구를 대단부와 카운트 웨이

트에 부착하고, 두개의 지지 장치를 설치한 후 커넥
팅 로드 상부를 실린더 라이너의 하부에 고정시킨다.

4. Disconnect fuel rack and fuel control lever by
taking out connecting pin as shown in fig 2.
5. Detach the block for fuel feed pipes by
unscrewing three bolts.
around fuel injection pump against fuel oil
dropping from feed pipes.
6. Open crankcase covers for both sides of the
cylinder to be dismantled.
7. Loosen four nuts for connecting rod upper stud
hydraulically and then dismount the nuts and
studs.
Loosening procedure :
Loosening pressure : 1170 bar (max. 1208 bar)
Hydraulic tool :
8. Mount turning bracket on the big end part and
counter weight, and hang up connecting rod
shaft to the bottom of cylinder liner by two
support devices as shown in fig 2.
