1. 밸브가 완전히 닫혀진 위치가 되도록 크랭크 샤프트
를 회전시킨다. 이때 실린더는 상사점(TDC)의 폭발
점 부근에 위치할 것이다.
2. 양쪽 푸쉬 로드가 스프링의 힘을 받지 않고 간극이
존재하는지 확인한다.
3. 고정 너트 (1, 3) 및 조정 나사 (2, 4)를 풀어낸다.
4. 그림 1과 같이 밸브 스템 (A)의 상부와 확실히 접촉
시키기 위해서는 요오크의 비조정 측을 누른다.

5. 밸브 스템(A)를 눌러 접촉시키는 중에, 밸브 스템
(B)의 상부가 접촉할 때까지 조정 나사 (2)를 회전시
킨다.
접촉을 보다 쉽게 감지하기 위해 밸브 로테
이터에 다이얼 게이지를 설치하고 다이얼 게이지 바늘의 움
직임을 점검하는 것이 바람직 합니다.
요오커의 (A) 측을 누르고 (B)의 간극을 필러 게이지

Maintenance Procedure
정비점검 절차
1. Rotate crankshaft so that the valves are in fully
closed position. The corresponding cylinder
needs to be at around firing TDC.
2. Check both push rods are free from spring
forces and have clearances.
3. Loosen the lock nuts (1, 3) and adjusting screws
(2, 4).
4. Press the non-adjusting side of yoke in order to
contact with top of valve stem (A) firmly as
shown on fig 1.

5. While contacting (A) by pressing, rotate the
adjusting screw (2) until contacting with top of
the valve stem (B).
it is recommended to put dial gage on the valve
rotator and check the movement of needle of the
dial gage.
6. Press (A) side of the yoke and measure the
clearance of (B) by feeler gage.
7. Similarly, press (B) side of the yoke and
measure the clearance of (A) by feeler gage.
