정비점검 전 반드시 이 매뉴얼에 언급되어 있는 정
비점검 절차서를 상세히 읽고 이해해야 합니다.
필수 공구 및 필수 부품들은 사전에 준비하십시오.
아래와 같이 될 때까지 대기하십시오.
엔진 정지 및 냉각
아래 항목들이 지켜졌는지 점검하십시오.
시동 공기 – 차단
냉각수 - 차단 및 배수
연료 - 차단 및 배유
윤활유 순환 - 정지 및 배유
압력 (연료, 윤활유, 냉각수, 공기) – 해제
정비 계획에 필요한 데이터
일부 부품들은 엔진에서 바로 분해할 수 있지만, 그 외
의 부품들은 연속적으로 차례차례 분해 및 재조립을 해
야 한다. 지침으로 사용하기 위해, 정비 계획 수립에 필
요한 요약된 정보를 다음 장의 리스트에 명시한다. 이 장
에서 나타내고 있는 정상적인 정비란 분해, 점검, 세척
및 조립 등을 포함한 것을 의미한다.
여기서의 작업 시간은 정상적인 작업 환경 하
에서 전문가가 적합한 공구를 사용하여 작업한 경우를 근거로
하였기 때문에 단순히 참고 값입니다.

정비점검 준비사항
Before Maintenance
Read and understand maintenance procedures
mentioned in this manual thoroughly.
Prepare required tools and commodities in
advance.
Wait until
Engine stopped and cooled
Check if the following points are satisfied,
Start air - shut off
Cooling water - shut off and drain
Fuel oil – shut off and drain
Lubricating oil circulation – stopped and drain
Pressure (F.O, L.O, H.T, L.T, Air) - released
Data for Maintenance Planning
Some components can be dismantled directly from
the engine and the others should be dismantled and
remounted step by step in sequence. As guidance,
summarized information for planning of overhaul are
listed as a table to the next page. Normal overhaul in
this sheet includes dismounting, inspection, cleaning
and remounting etc.
Manhours are only for reference valve
based on normal working conditions by qualified
persons with suitable tools.
