대단부의 분해
1. 크랭크 샤프트를 그림 5와 같이 10˚ 위치로 회전
시킨다.
2. 대단부 스터드용 너트 2개를 동시에 유압으로 풀
어 낸 후 분리시킨다.
분해 절차서 :
G09500
분해 압력 : 970 bar (max. 998 bar)
유압 공구 :

3. 가이드 서포트를 그림 6과 같이 엔진 블록 하부에
설치한다.
가이드 서포트 :
4. 크랭크 샤프트를 5˚ 위치로 회전시킨다.

6. 대단부 상/하 부분을 분해한 후, 그림 7과 같이 엔
진 블록 밖으로 빼낸다.
7. 대단부의 상/하 베어링을 하우징으로부터 조심해서
분리해 낸다.
엔진으로부터 베어링을 빼내는 동안 손상
되거나 떨어지지 않도록 주의하십시오.

Dismounting a Big End Parts
1. Turn the crankshaft to 10˚ approximately as
shown in fig. 5.
2. Loosen and dismount two nuts for big end part
studs hydraulically at the same time.
Loosening procedure :
Loosening pressure : 970 bar (max. 998 bar)

3. Install guide support on bottom of the engine
as shown in fig. 6.
Guide support :
4. Turn the crankshaft to 5˚ approximately.
5. Dismount the turning bracket.
6. Dismantle the big end upper and lower part,
and take out them from the engine block as
shown in fig. 7.
7. Take out the upper and lower bearings from
their housings carefully.
Be careful not to drop or damage
the bearings during taking out from the engine.
