윤활유 필터 어셈블리
엔진의 수명을 연장하기 위해서는 윤활유의 필터를
규칙적으로 점검하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 만약 경보가
작동되면, 즉 압력 강하가 너무 높게 되었을 경우, 필터
에 있는 카트리지를 가능한 한 빨리 새 것으로 교체해
야 한다. 카트리지의 수명은 윤활유의 품질 및 운전 조
건에 영향을 받는다. 윤활유 필터 중 어느 필터를 사용
할 것인가는 필터 선택 밸브를 통해 선택할 수 있다.
두 필터 중 하나는 정상적으로 사용하고 다른 하나는
예비용으로 사용하십시오.
윤활유 필터 교체 시에는 반드시 엔진을 정지 후 아
래의 분해/점검과정에 따라 교체한다.
윤활유 필터의 교체
1. 예비 필터의 윤활유 압력 센싱 밸브 및 공기 배출
밸브를 개방하여 예비 필터 챔버의 공기를 배출 시
킨다. [그림 1]
공기 배출 밸브를 통해 윤활유가 배출된
후 공기 배출 밸브를 잠근다.
2. 윤활유 필터 선택 밸브를 작동하여 예비 필터 챔버
와 운전 중인 필터 챔버를 전환한다. [그림 2]
3. 교체한 필터 챔버의 윤활유 압력 센싱 밸브를 잠근
다.

Maintenance Procedure
정비점검 절차
It is important for the extension of the engine life to
inspect the lubricating oil filter regularly. If the alarm is
activated, which means pressure drop is too high,
exchange the filter cartridge by new one as soon as
possible. The life of the cartridge depends on
lubricating oil quality and operating condition. The oil
filter can be chosen by the filter selection valve.
It is recommended to use one of the filters normally
and the other for stand-by use.
The filter exchange should be carried out during
engine stop
procedure of lubricating oil filter as follows:
Exchange of Lubricating Oil Filter
1. Open the pressure sensing valve and the air vent
valve of the stand-by filter chamber for air
ventilation. [Fig. 1]

2. Change over operating filter chamber with stand-by
filter chamber by turning the filter selection valve.

Close pressure sensing valve of the exchanged
filter chamber.
