Cooling Water System
냉각수 시스템
개요
엔진에는 두개의 내부 냉각수 회로가 있으며, 이 회
로는 저온(LT) 시스템 및 고온 (HT) 시스템으로 되어
있다. 이 회로의 대부분의 엘레먼트는 모듈화 되어 있
으며, 직접 피드 블록에 설치되어 있다.
냉각수 시스템은 부식 방지제가 첨가된 일반적인 청
수를 사용하도록 설계되어 있으며, 저온 및 고온 시스
템 모두 청수에 의해 냉각되어 진다.
그림 1과 같이 저온 냉각수는 저온 냉각수 펌프에 의
해 순환되어지며 내부적으로 과급 냉각기(CAC) 및 윤
활유 냉각기(LOC)를 통해 흐른다. 저온 냉각수용 온도
조정 밸브는 내부 냉각수를 외부의 냉각수와 교환함으
로써 수온을 조절한다.

Description
The engine has two cooling water circuits internally,
which are low temperature (LT) system and high
temperature (HT) system. Most of the elements of the
circuits are modularized and directly mounted on the
feed block.
The cooling water system is designed for using
normal fresh water with corrosion inhibitor. Both the
low and the high temperature system are cooled by
fresh water.
The low temperature cooling water circulates by L.T
pump and flows through charge air cooler (CAC) and
lubricating oil cooler (LOC) internally. L.T.W thermostat
valve controls the water temperature by exchanging
water with external circuit as shown in fig. 1.
