Fuel Injection Valve
연료 분사 밸브 (1-stud)
3. 그림 1과 같이 분해 공구를 연료 분사 밸브에 설
치한다.
분해 공구 :
91.130
4. 분사 파이프 (C)를 떼어낸다.
5. 분해 공구의 너트 (D)를 조이면서 연료 분사 밸브
를 실린더 헤드에서 뽑아낸다.
6. 연료 분사 밸브와 노즐을 깨끗이 세척한다.
노즐 구멍이 손상되거나 막히지 않도록
주의하십시오.
연료 분사 밸브의 기능 시험
1. 그림 2와 같이 연료 분사 밸브를 시험장치에 설치
한다.
시험장치 :
91.340
핀 (E)을 시험대에 있는 홈에 정확히 맞추
어야 합니다.

정비점검 절차
3. Install the removal device on the fuel injection
valve as shown in fig 1.
Removal device :
4. Take out the injection pipe (C).
5. Pull out the fuel injection valve from the
cylinder head by rotating the nut (D) of removal
device.
6. Clean the fuel injection valve and nozzle.
Take care not to damage or clog
the nozzle holes.
Function Test of Fuel Injection Valve
1. Mount the fuel injection valve on the testing
device as shown in fig 2.
Testing device :
The pin (E) should be fitted to the
groove in testing holder correctly.
