배기 가스 온도가 너무 높을 때
1.
흡기 온도가 높은 때
주변 공기 온도가 높은지 확인한다.
엔진이 과열되었다면, 부하를 줄인다.
과급 냉각기 출구 공기 온도를 점검한다.
더럽혀져 있다면, 세척하거나 수리 한
다.
실린더 배기가스의 출구 온도가 서로 다를 때
연료 펌프 랙 인덱스를 검사한다.
균등한 분포로 조정한다.
최대 폭발 압력을 확인한다.
분사 시기를 조정한다.
연료 밸브를 분사시험기로 검사한다.
막혔거나 마모되었다면, 깨끗이 하거
나 교체한다.
밸브 개방 압력을 조정한다.
연료 분사 펌프를 점검한다.

마모 또는 고착되었다면, 교체한다.
흡기 및 배기 밸브를 점검한다.
마모 또는 고착되었다면, 교체한다.
엔진 입구측의 연료압력을 점검한다.

터빈 출구 배기 가스 온도가 높을 때
터보과급기를 점검한다.
더럽혀져 있다면, 깨끗이 한다.
