Small End Bush
소단부 부시
소단부 부시의 분해/점검
1. 피스톤 핀의 표면과 소단부 부시를 검사한다.
2. 피스톤 핀과 부시 사이의 간극
측정한다.
규정된 간극을 초과한 경우, 교체를 하기
전 반드시 현대중공업 엔진 A/S로 연락하여 주십시오.
부시를 교체하는 경우, 그림 6과 같이 부
시 제거용 공구
공구는 옵션사항으로 엔진 메이커에 주문할 수 있습니다.
부시를 빼낼 때는, 하우징 보어에 손상이
가지 않도록 주의하십시오.

3. 부시를 액체질소에서 냉각시킨 다음 하우징 보어
에 정확하게 끼워넣는다.
부시를 하우징 보어에 장착하기 전, 깨끗
이 닦아내고 하우징 보어에 깨끗한 오일을 바르십시오.

1. Check surface of piston pin and small end bush.
2. Measure the clearance
