엔진출력이 보통보다 낮아졌을 때
한 실린더(여러 실린더)의 불연소
1.
배기 가스 온도의 높은 편차로 인해 경보가 울
리는지 점검한다.
연료 분사 펌프가 고착되었는지 점검한다.
연료 분사 밸브와 노즐이 막혀있는지 점검한다.
연료 랙이 고착되거나 작동되지 않는지를 점검
한다.
흡기 및 배기 밸브가 고착되었는지 점검한다
전 실린더의 불충분한 출력

기계적 연료 제한장치가 제한위치에 있을 때
시동 제한장치가 작동중인지 점검한다.
연료 품질과 연료 랙의 인덱스를 점검한다.
연료 필터를 점검하고 세척한다.
엔진의 부하 상태를 확인한다.
기계적 연료 제한장치가 자유롭게 움직일 때
연료 분사관을 점검한다.
풀리거나 새는 곳이 있으면 다시 조
인다.
연료 분사 펌프와 밸브를 점검한다.
마모되거나 고착되었다면, 교체한다.
연료 제어 링크장치를 점검한다.
느슨하면, 다시 조인다.
원활히 움직이지 않으면, 윤활을 한다.
엔진 구동부(피스톤과 베어링)의 상태를
점검한다.
배기가스의 색을 점검한다.
만일 비정상이라면, 수리한다.

Engine power is reduced than usual
1. Misfiring of a cylinder(s).
Check if alarmed due to high deviation of
exhaust gas temperature.
Check if fuel injection pump stuck.
Check if fuel injection valve and nozzle
clogged.
Check if fuel rack stuck or disengaged.
Check if intake and exhaust valves stuck
2. Insufficient power of all cylinders.
Mechanical fuel limiter is in limiting position.
Check starting fuel limiter active.
Check fuel quality and fuel rack index.
Check fuel filters and clean them.
Check engine loading condition.
Mechanical fuel limiter is in free position.
Check fuel high pressure block and
pipe.
Check fuel injection pump and valve.
Check fuel control linkages.
Check if engine moving parts (piston
and bearing) scorched.
Check color of exhaust gas.
