예비 윤활 펌프가 고장일 때
1.
윤활유 온도 및 점도를 검사한다.
전력 공급 장치 및 배선을 검사한다.
윤활유 압력이 너무 낮거나 너무 높을 때
2.
압력계에 이상이 있는지 점검한다.
엔진의 윤활유 압력 조절 밸브를 점검한다.
필요 시, 조정 또는 교체한다.

윤활유 냉각기를 점검한다.
더러울 경우, 깨끗이 한다.
A62000
엔진의 윤활유 펌프, 구동기어
및 온도조절 밸브
필요 시, 수리 또는 교체한다.
윤활유 필터와 압력 강하를 점검한다.
필요 시, 필터를 교체한다. (재사용 금지)

윤활유 점도 및 물성치를 검사한다.
윤활유 레벨 및 흡입 스트레이너를 점검한다.
3. 윤활유 온도가 너무 높을 때
윤활유 냉각기

베어링, 기어, 피스톤 및 실린더 라이너에 비정
상적인 마찰이 있었는지를 확인한다.
4. 윤활유 소모가 너무 많을 때
윤활유 특성을 점검한다. (윤활유 제작자의 샘
플 검사)
품질이 나쁠 때, 교체한다.

1. Pre-lubricating pump failed.
Check the oil temperature and viscosity.
Check electric power supply and wiring.
2. Pressure of lube oil is too low or too high.
Check pressure gauge if malfunctioned.
Check the oil pressure control valve of
engine.
Adjust or replace, if needed.

Check oil cooler.
Clean, if dirty.

Check the oil pump , driving gears

Repair or replace, if needed.
Check oil filters and pressure drop.
Replace filters, if needed. (Do not
reuse.)
Check the oil viscosity and property.
Check oil sump level and suction strainer.
3. Temperature of lubricating oil is too high
Check lubricating oil cooler
and thermostatic valve.
Check abnormal friction of bearings, gears,
pistons and cylinder liners.
4. Lubricating oil consumption is too high
Check oil property (Sample inspection by oil
maker).
Replace, if inferior.
