L.O. Pump Assembly
윤활유 펌프 어셈블리
펌프의 모든 부품들에 대해 마모가 있는지를 주기적
으로 점검하고 마모된 부품은 교체해야 한다. 또한 베
어링의 점검은 펌프에 있어서 필수적인 점검 항목이다.
윤활유 펌프의 분해/점검
1. 그림 1에 보이듯이 볼트 (A)를 풀어낸 후, 볼트 및
스퍼 기어를 분해한다.
2. 볼트 (B) 를 풀어낸 후, 볼트 및 커버를 분해한다.

3. 기어 휠 축을 풀어낸다.
모든 부품들을 청결히 하십시오.
4. 베어링 부시에 마모나 손상이 있는지를 점검한다.
베어링 부시의 정상적인 틈새는 0.06
~ 0.16 mm 이지만, 틈새가 0.25mm를 초과하면 새로운
베어링 부시로 교체하십시오.
5. 조립은 1에서 5의 역순에 따른다.
O-링은 새 것으로 교체하십시오.
오일 배출 구멍을 반드시 맞추어야 합니
다.

Maintenance Procedure
정비점검 절차
Inspect all parts of lubricating oil pump for wear
periodically and replace worn parts. Inspection of the
bearing is also essential for lubricating oil pump.
Overhaul of Lubricating Oil Pump
1. Loosen the bolt (A) as shown in fig. 1, and
dismount the bolt and the spur gear.
2. Loosen the bolts (B), and dismount the bolts and
the cover.

3. Dismount the gear wheel shafts.
4. Inspect the bearing bush for wear and any
damage.
bush is in range 0.06 to 0.16 mm. However if the
clearance exceeds 0.25mm, replace by new bearing
bush.
5. For assembling the lubricating oil pump, follow in
reverse order 5 to 1.
