Cooling Water System
냉각수 시스템
고온 냉각수는 내부적의 고온 펌프에 의해 순환되며,
실린더 헤드와 워터 재킷을 통해 흐른다. 고온 냉각수
용 온도 조정 밸브는 내부 냉각수를 외부의 냉각수와
교환함으로써 수온을 조절한다.
두 대의 냉각수 펌프
입이며, 엔진의 자유단에 설치되어 있는 기어 휠에 의
해 구동된다. 이 두대의 냉각수 펌프는 동일한 타입으
로 하나는 고온 냉각수용이며, 다른 하나는 저온 냉각
수 용으로 사용된다. 펌프 하우징내의 냉각수측과 윤활
유측 사이에서 누유 및 누수가 되는 것을 막기 위해 실
링 링이 설치되어 있다.
냉각수 펌프는 그림 2와 같이 누유 및 누수가
있는지를 확인할 수 있는 점검 홀이 있습니다. 이 점검 홀을 자
주 관찰하십시오. 만일 냉각수나 윤활유가 미량이라도 샐 경우
에는 냉각수 펌프를 분해 및 점검해야 합니다.

The high temperature cooling water circulates by
H.T pump internally and flows through cylinder head
and water jacket under normal operation. H.T.W
thermostat valve controls the water temperature by
exchanging water with external circuit.
The two cooling water pumps
centrifugal type and are driven by the gear wheel at the
free end of the engine. These two pumps are identical,
but one is for circulating high temperature cooling
water and the other is for low temperature cooling
water. Sealing rings are provided to avoid leakage
between water side and oil side in the pump housing.
against leakage as shown in fig. 2. Watch the check hole
frequently. If there is any leakage of cooling water or
lubricating oil, overhaul the cooling water pump.
