Replacement of Resilient Mount.

모든 간극 검사 양호
간극 상태 불량
간극 조정 불가
간극 조절 절차
◈ Protection cap을 제거하고 fixing bolt(6), spring
washer(5), top lock ring(4)을 분해한다.
◈ Buffer(2)를 Steel shim에 닿을 때까지 시계 방향
으로 돌린다.
◈ 반대로 Buffer를 반 시계방향으로 완전히 4바퀴
돌려 탄성지지대의 Base casting에 닿도록 한다.
◈ Buffer를 시계 방향으로 2바퀴 돌려 Steel shim
과 Internal buffer의 간극이 4mm가 되게 한다.
◈ 다시 모든 탄성지지대의 간극을 검사한다.
◈ Fixing bolt(6), spring washer(5), top lock ring(4),
protection cap을 분해의 역순으로 조립한다.

Clearance Adjustment Procedure
◈ Remove Protection cap and loosen fixing bolt(6),
spring washer(5) and top lock ring(4).
◈ Turn a buffer(2) to clockwise direction until it is
contacted with a steel shim.
◈ Turn a buffer full 4 turns to counter clockwise
direction until it is contacted with a base casting.
◈ Make sure a clearance become 4mm by rotating
a buffer 2 turns.
◈ Recheck clearance of all resilient mountings.
◈ Assemble fixing bolt(6), spring washer(5), top
lock ring(4) and a protective cap.
