캠 샤프트 베어링의 교체
캠 샤프트를 분해한 후, 베어링 셀은 그림 2와 같이 공
구(선택사항)를 사용하여 분해한다.

베어링 셀을 프레임에 설치할 때에는 아래의 주의사항
을 반드시 따라야 한다.
베어링 셀을 드라이 아이스나 유사한 종류의 것으로
프레임 온도보다

베어링 셀을 끼워넣고, 그림 3과 같이 지름 9.5mm의
핀을 이용하여 베어링 셀과 프레임의 오일 홀을 일치
시킨다.
설치 작업은 최대한 빨리 진행되어야 한다. 그렇지 않
으면 베어링 셀이 가열되어 고착될 수 있다. 이 경우
베어링 셀을 뽑아내어 폐기해야 한다.
냉각된 베어링 셀을 다룰 때는 반드시 보호장갑
을 착용하십시오
.

Replacement of Camshaft Bearing
After dismantling the camshaft, bearing shell can
be dismantled by the tool (optional) as shown fig 2.

When mounting a bearing shell on the frame, be
sure to carry out following notices;
Cool down the bearing shell to –90
than frame temperature by dry Ice or the likes.
Insert bearing shell, and accord the oil hole of
bearing shell and frame by means of a pin
with diameter 9.5mm as shown in Fig 3.
The refitting works should be done as quickly
as possible. Otherwise, bearing shell may be
heated and stuck. In this case, bearing shell
should be extracted and scrapped.
