Normal Operation
정상 운전
연료 공급 시스템이 정지 중이면 가동시킨다.
밸브를 점검하고 가동 위치에 맞춘다.
누유여부를 점검하고 필요 시 보수한다.
연료 통로의 공기 배출 상태를 점검한다.
연료의 온도, 점도, 압력을 점검한다
윤활유 시스템의 준비

윤활유 품질검사를 위해 최근의 윤활유 샘플날
짜를 확인한다.
오일필터를 점검하고 필요 시 또는 장기간 엔
진이 정지하였거나 정비 후에는 필터를 교체해
야 한다.
오일받이 탱크 수위를 점검하고 필요시 보충함
밸브를 점검하고 가동위치에 맞춘다
엔진의 예비 윤활

윤활유 온도를 점검한다. 히터를 작동시켜 40
까지 가열한다.
오일 온도가 너무 낮거나 점도가 1500
cSt (10 ℃ SAE40) 보다 높을 경우, 예비 윤활 펌프
용 전동기는 과부하 상태가 될 수도 있습니다.
예비 윤활 펌프가 정지 중이면 가동시킨다.
시스템의 누유를 점검하고 필요시 보수한다.
오일 압력 상승 및 예비 윤활 상태를 점검한다.
예비 윤활은 시동 전 5분 이상 지속되
어야 하며, 엔진이 장기간 정지되었거나 정비하였을
경우에는 베어링, 캠 롤러, 로커 암으로부터 윤활유가
흘러나오는지 반드시 확인해야 합니다. 정비중에 부착
한 테이프가 오일 통로를 막을 수 있습니다.

엔진 시동 준비사항
Operate fuel supply system, if stopped.
Check valves and set to operating position.
Check any leakages and correct them.
Check air venting in the circuit.
Check fuel oil temperature, viscosity and
pressure.
5. Preparation of Lubricating Oil System
Check the date when the last sampling for
oil quality test.
Check oil filters and replace them, if needed
or after long term out of operation or
overhaul.
Check oil sump tank level and fill, if needed.
Check valves and set them to operating
position
6. Pre-lubrication of the Engine
℃ Check lubricating oil temperature which
should be heated up to 40℃ by heater.

pump may be overloaded.
Operate pre-lubricating pump, if stopped.
Check and correct any leakages of the
system.
Check oil pressure rise and pre-lubricating
condition.

of time or overhauled, make sure that oil
comes out from bearings, rollers on cam and
rocker arms on cylinder heads. Tapes
attached during maintenance may block the
oil passages.
