피스톤 및 커넥팅 로드
7. 크랭크 샤프트를 그림 2와 같이 상사점(TDC)의 위
치로 회전시킨다.
8. 회전 방지구를 대단부와 카운터 웨이트에 설치한다.

9. 고정구를 풀어낸다
10. 커넥팅 로드 샤프트와 함께 피스톤을 조심스럽게 천
천히 들어올린다.
(a) From the engine block
11. 그림 3과 같이 커넥팅 로드 샤프트와 함께 피스톤을
안정된 작업대(옵션)로 운반하여 올려 놓는다.
커넥팅 로드 샤프트와 함께 피스톤을 실린
더 라이너에서 분해할 때 실린더 라이너의 내벽이 손상되지
않도록 주의하십시오.
대단부에 있는 오일 구멍을 테이프로 밀봉
하십시오.

7. Turn the crankshaft to TDC as shown in fig. 2.
8. Install turning bracket on big end part and
counter weight.
9. Dismantle the clamping support.

10. Lift up the piston together with connecting rod
shaft slowly and carefully.

(b) From the cylinder unit
11. Move and place the piston together with
connecting rod shaft at stable working stand
(Optional) as shown in fig. 3.
Take care not to damage cylinder
liner wall during removing the piston together with
connecting rod shaft from cylinder liner.
Put a tape on the big end part hole.
