Valve Seat Ring Assembly
밸브 시트 링 어셈블리
실린더 헤드에 새 흡기 밸브 시트 링 끼워넣기
1. 압력 박음을 위해 지름을 측정한다.
실린더 헤드와 시트 링 사이의 지름에 대한
간섭은 0.049-0.093 mm 가 되어야 합니다.
2. 새 시트 링과 실린더 헤드를 아주 깨끗이 한다.
실린더 헤드의 보어 안쪽에 손상된 흠집이
나 돌출부를 제거하십시오.
3. 시트 링을 그림 2와 같이 냉각 및 압력을 가함으로
써 실린더 헤드에 끼워넣는다.
냉각 박음의 경우 : 시트 링을 액화 질소로
도록 냉각후 박음
압력 박음의 경우 : 전용공구의 사용
4. 시트 링을 밸브 그라인딩 공구를 사용하여 그라인딩
작업을 한다. (

1. 압력 박음을 위해 지름을 측정한다.
실린더 헤드의 보어와 시트 링 사이의 지
름에 대한 간섭은 0.049-0.093 mm가 되어야 합니다.
2. 새 시트 링과 실린더 헤드를 아주 깨끗이 한다.
실린더 헤드 보어 안쪽에 손상된 흠집이나
돌출부를 제거하십시오.
3. 시트 링을 액화질소나 드라이 아이스로 냉각시키지
말것.
냉각할 경우, O-링이 손상될 수 있습니다.
4. O-링에 윤활유를 바르고 시트 링의 접촉 면에 록타
이트 640을 바른다.

Fitting a New Intake Valve Seat Ring into the
Cylinder Head
1. Measure the diameters for pressure fitting.

2. Clean the new seat ring and cylinder head
thoroughly.

3. Fit the seat ring into the cylinder head by cooling
or by pressing as shown in fig 2.
