흡기 및 배기 밸브 어셈블리
흡기 및 배기 밸브의 분해
흡기 및 배기 밸브는 가능한 자주 규칙적인 주기로 분
해 점검해야 합니다.
밸브를 분해하기 전, 실린더 헤드를 엔진으로부터 분해
하고, 로커 암, 요오크 및 연료 분사 밸브 또한 실린더
헤드로부터 분해한다.
분해를 할 때마다, 4개의 밸브 모두를 동시에 분해 점
검한다. 그리고, 밸브 분해용 공구를 사용하십시오.
1. 그림 1와 같이 분해용 공구를 설치한다.
장착 및 제거용 공구 :
2. 그림 2와 같이 공구의 너트를 돌려 스프링을 눌러
아래로 내린다.

3. 모든 코니컬 클램핑 피스를 빼낸다.
4. 공구를 풀어낸다.
5. 밸브, 스프링 및 로토 캡을 분해한다.
분해 전, 밸브의 원 위치를 확인하기 위해
서는 각각의 밸브에 위치표시를 하십시오 (캠측 혹은 배기
측). 재 조립 시, 밸브는 분해 전의 원래 위치에 설치하십시
오 .

Dismantling of Intake and Exhaust Valves
The intake and
overhauled and checked at regular interval as
frequently as possible.
Before dismantling the valves, cylinder head
should be dismantled from the engine and rocker
arms, yokes and fuel injection valve also should be
dismantled from the cylinder head.
Whenever dismantling, it is recommended to
overhaul the four valves at the same time. Hence, the
tool for dismantling valves is adequate for this
purpose.
1. Mount tool for dismantle as shown in fig 1.

2. Press and lower the spring by turning the nut of
the tool as shown in fig 2.

3. Take out all conical clamping pieces.
4. Dismount the tool.
5. Dismantle valves, springs and roto caps.
