Normal Operation
정상 운전
냉각수 및 연료 계통의 공기 배출 상태를 점검
한다. 운전 중에는 항상 열려 있어야 한다
공기 배출이 불충분할 경우 진동에 의한
충격이 발생될 수 있으며 시스템에 손상을 초래할 수
있습니다.
엔진 블록의 배수관이 열려 있는지를 점검하고
배수량도 검사한다. 이것은 배출된 물이 정상적
인 응축상태에서 발생했는지 냉각수의 누수에
의한 것인지를 확인하는데 도움이 된다
실린더 헤드와 라이너 사이에 있는 냉각수나
연소가스의 검출을 위해서 실린더 헤드의 배출
구를 점검한다.
연료와 폐유용 배관을 점검한다. 이것은 연료
분사 펌프에서 정상적으로 배출되는 오일인지
실린더 주변의 누유인지를 확인하는 데 도움이
된다.
윤활유의 레벨을 점검하고 윤활유의 상태를 샘
플링 분석한다.
냉각수의 상태를 점검한다. 즉, 샘플 분석을 통
해 첨가제의 역할이 정상적인지 혹은 불순물이
냉각수에 포함되어 있는지를 검사한다.
냉각수 펌프의 누수 확인구를 점검한다. 윤활유
또는 냉각수가 누출되면 펌프를 분해 점검 해
야 한다.

Check air venting of cooling water circuit
and fuel oil circuit, which should be opened
during operation.
cause hammering and damage of the systems
due to severe vibration.
Check water drain pipes from engine block
opened and drain quantity, which will
contribute to clarify whether the water
source from
leakage of cooling water.
Check drain hole of cylinder head for the
detection of cooling water or combustion
gas between cylinder head and liner.

Check drain pipe for fuel oil and dirty oil,
which will contribute to clarify whether the
normal drain from fuel injection pump or any
leakage around covered cylinders.
Check oil level and the condition by
sampling and analysis.
Check the condition of cooling water by
sampling to inspect whether the inhibitor is
still active or it there is any rust included.
Check drain pipe of cooling water pump. If
leakage of oil or water detected, the pump
should be overhauled and maintenanced.
