밸브 시트 링 어셈블리
밸브 시트 링의 교체
밸브 시트 링이 심하게 마모되거나 손상되어 더 이상
재생 불가하면, 밸브 시트 링을 새 것으로 교체해야 합니
다. 밸브 시트 링은 아래 사항에 따라서 전용공구 또는
폐기된 밸브를 사용하여 교체할 수 있습니다.
용접에 의한 구 밸브 시트 링 제거
1. 폐기된 밸브 스핀들을 준비하여, 밸브와 시트 링의
용접이 더욱 더 쉽도록 밸브 지름을 보다 작게 가공
한다.
2. 폐기된 밸브 스핀들을 실린더 헤드에 설치한다.
3. 전기 빔 용접을 이용하여 대각방향으로 밸브 스핀들
을 시트 링에 용접한다.
용접시, 실린더 헤드의 밸브 시트 주변 가공
면을 내화성 재료로 보호하십시오.
4. 시트 링을 제거하기 위해 고무망치를 사용하여 밸브
스핀들을 누르거나 두드린다.
밸브 가이드 부시와 실린더 헤드에 손상이
가지 않도록 주의하십시오.
전용공구를 이용한 밸브 시트 링의 제거
1. 그림 1과 같이 밸브 시트에 제거용 공구(선택사양)

2. 너트 (A)를 돌려서 밸브 시트 링을 단단히 죈다.
3. 너트 (B)를 돌려서 밸브 시트 링을 빼낸다.

Replacement of the Valve Seat Rings
If a valve seat ring is so worn or damaged that
cannot be reconditioned any more, then the valve
seat ring should be replaced by new one. The valve
seat ring can be replaced by a special tool or
scrapped valve as following procedures.
Extracting the Old Valve Seat Ring by welding
1. Prepare a scrapped valve spindle and machine
the valve diameter to be smaller for easier
welding of the valve and the seat ring.
2. Mount the scrapped valve spindle on the head.
3. Weld the valve spindle to the seat ring
diagonally by means of electric beam welding.

4. Press or knock the valve spindle by means of
soft hammer to extract the seat ring.

Extracting the Old Valve Seat Ring by Tool
1. Mount the extracting tool (optional)
on the valve seat as shown in fig 1.
2. Clamp valve seat ring tightly by turning nut (A).
3. Extract the valve seat ring by turning nut (B).
