실린더 라이너 및 워터 자켓
이러한 과정은 실린더 벽 표면이 호닝 그루브로
히 입혀질 때 까지 계속되어야 하며 그 표면은 광택의
신호가 없는 연한 매트형상이 나타나야 한다.
호닝과정 동안 호닝오일 또는 컷팅오일을 충분히 윤활
하는 것이 중요하다. 호닝과정이 모두 끝나면 라이너는
경유로 조심스럽게 세척해야 한다. 이때 불순물은 반드시
제거되어야 한다.

The procedure must be continued until the cylinder
wall is covered by honing grooves and the surface
has a slightly matt appearance without any signs of
glaze.
During the honing it is important to lubricate freely
with honing oil or cutting oil. After the honing, the liner
is carefully cleaned with gas oil. Make sure that all
abrasive particles are removed.
