Fuel Injection Pump
연료 분사 펌프 (Separate)
1. 새로운 O-링 및 백업 링을 배럴에 끼워 넣는다.
O-링을 넣기 전, 적은 양의 바셀린 또는 유화 젤
을 O-링과 백업링의 표면에 바른다. 그림 15와 같
이 배럴을 펌프 하우징에 넣고, 배럴의 홈을 맞춤
핀과 일치시킨다. 배럴을 시트까지 낮춘 후, 그림
16과 같이 배럴의 홈과 펌프 하우징에 있는 맞춤
핀이 동일한 위치에 있는지를 확인한다.
2. 그림 17과 같이 소켓 헤드 볼트를 토크 렌치를 이
용하여 100 Nm의 토크로 펌프 하우징에 체결한다.
가스켓은 반드시 새 것으로 교체하여야 한다.
3. 그림 18과 같이 새로운 O-링을 장착한 컨트롤 랙
을 펌프 하우징에 넣는다. 이때 컨트롤 랙의 움직
임이 부드러운지를 검사하고 부드럽지 않으면 분
해 후 재조립하여 랙의 움직임을 확인한다.

4. 그림 19와 같이 새로운 가스켓을 장착한 플러그를
잠근다.
5. 펌프 하우징 아래의 개방구에 이가 보일 때까지
컨트롤 랙을 돌리면서 펌프 하우징안으로 밀어 넣
는다.
6. 그림 20과 같이 컨트롤 슬리브를 펌프 하우징 안
으로 넣으면서 컨트롤 랙과 컨트롤 슬리브 이의
위치가 그림 21과 같이 위치하도록 맞춘 후 컨트
롤 랙과 맞물리게 한다.

Maintenance Procedure
정비점검 절차
1. Insert new O-rings and new backup rings over the
barrel. Before insertion of the O-rings, smear small
quantity of Vaseline or petroleum jelly on the
surface of O-rings and backup rings. Insert the
barrel into the pump housing, and the groove of
the barrel is matched with the dowel pin [fig. 15].
After the barrel is lowered to its seat, examine that
the groove of the barrel and the dowel pin on the
pump housing are in the same position [fig. 16].
2. Tighten the socket head bolt into the pump
housing up to a torque of 100 Nm with a torque
wrench [fig. 17]. The gasket is to be replaced.
3. Insert the control rack with new O-ring into the
pump housing [fig. 18]. Check movement of the
rack. If the movement of the rack is not smooth,
recheck it after disassembling and reassembling.

4. Screw the plug with new gasket [fig. 19].
5. Slide the control rack into the pump housing
rotating it until the tooth becomes visible through
the bottom opening of the pump housing.
6. Lower the control sleeve into the pump housing
[fig. 20], and engage the control rack so that the
location of the teeth of the control rack and control
sleeve are indicated location in fig 21.
