Lube Oil Cooler Assembly
윤활유 냉각기 어셈블리
윤활유 냉각기는 규칙적으로 점검 및 세척한다. 그러
나, 윤활유 및 냉각수측의 압력이 심하게 강하되는 경
우 및 윤활유가 비정상적으로 냉각되어지는 경우에는
윤활유 냉각기를 즉시 깨끗이 세척해야 한다.
윤활유 냉각기의 분해/점검
1. 그림 1의 윤활유 냉각기 하우징에 있는 플러그
(B)를 풀어내어 윤활유를 배출시킨다.
2. 윤활유 냉각기 하우징에 있는 플러그(A)를 풀어내
어 저온 냉각수를 배출시킨다.
저온 냉각수 및 윤활유는 배출을 하여도
적은 양이 남아 있으므로 프런트 모듈 아래에 물받이를
준비해 두어 물 및 윤활유를 받아야 합니다.

오.
분해 하기 전, 각 끝단에 있는 플레이트
의 위치를 반드시 표기해 두어야 합니다.

Maintenance Procedure
정비점검 절차
The lubricating oil cooler should be checked and
cleaned at regular intervals. However, in case that the
pressure on the oil and waterside is dropped
excessively, and the oil is cooled abnormally, the
lubricating oil cooler should be cleaned immediately.
Overhaul of Lubricating Oil Cooler
1. Drain the lubricating oil by loosening the drain plug
(B) on oil cooler housing as shown in fig 1
2. Drain the low temperature cooling water by
loosening the drain plug (A) on oil cooler housing.
