냉각수 및 관리
냉각수의 보충
냉각 시스템을 청소하고 난 직후, pH 값이 약 7일 때
까지 철저하게 시스템을 물로 씻어내고 나서 물을 빼낸
다.
냉각수 팽창 탱크를 증류수로 채운다
리 작업을 위한 여유를 남겨놓고 채운다.
메이커의 지침서에 따라서 방지제 희석용액을 준비하
여 팽창 탱크에 첨가한다.
팽창 탱크의 표준 수위까지 증류수를 추가한다.
부식 방지제의 정착을 위해 메이커의 추천에 따라 엔
진을 가동시키거나, 최소 24시간동안 가동시킨 후, 확인
을 위해서 냉각수 품질을 점검한다.
만일 증발, 누수 또는 정비 시 배수로 인하여 냉각수의
양이 줄어들면, 냉각수를 보충하여 탱크의 수위를 유지해
야 한다.
증발을 보충하기 위한 냉각수는 증류수가 되어야 한다.
반면에 누수나 배수 때문에 손실된 냉각수는 동일하게
처리된 냉각수이어야 한다. 냉각수를 첨가한 후에는, 냉
각수 성분들이 올바른 농도인지 확인해야 한다.
냉각수는 적어도 2년 간격으로 새롭게 정제
된 냉각수로 전면 교체하십시오.
냉각수의 폐기는 관련 법규에 따라 처리해야
합니다.
