피스톤 및 커넥팅 로드
4. 크랭크 샤프트의 위치를 확인한다. 그렇지 않으면,
크랭크 샤프트를 상사점에 위치할때까지 회전시킨다.
5. 커넥팅 로드 샤프트와 함께 피스톤을 엔진 블록의
설치구로 운반하여 천천히 아래로 내린다.
인접해 있는 부품과 접촉하여 손상되지 않
도록 주의하십시오.
6. 고정구를 커넥팅 로드 상부와 대단부에 부착한다.

7. 회전 방지구
91.210
8. 크랑크 샤프트를 대략 25°위치로 회전시킨다.
9. 4개의 커넥팅 로드 샤프트용 스터드의 체결상태를
점검하고 정해진 심음 토크에 따라 조인다.
심음 토크 : 50 Nm (molycote 도포)
10. 대각으로 2개의 커넥팅 로드 스터드용 너트를 유압
으로 먼저 체결하고 나머지 두개의 너트를 체결한다.
체결 절차서 :

체결 압력 : 1150 bar (3회 반복조임)
정비점검 계획
여 유압스터드 점검/교체 후에는 200시간 내에 유압조임을
재확인 하십시오.
11. 고정구

를 풀어낸다.

12. 플레임 링을 청결히 한 후 장착한다.
13. 실린더 헤드를 엔진에 탑재한다.

정비점검 절차
4. Check the position of crankshaft. Otherwise, turn
the crankshaft to be in TDC.
5. Move and lower the piston together with
connecting rod shaft slowly down through the
bore of engine block.
Be careful not to be damaged by
touching adjacent parts.
6. Install clamping support on connecting rod shaft
and big end part.

7. Dismount the turning bracket.
8. Turn the crankshaft to 25°approximately.
9. Check pre tightening of four studs for connecting
rod shaft, and tighten them.
Pre tightening torque : 50 Nm (with molycote)
10. Tighten two diagonal nuts for connecting rod
upper studs hydraulically at the same time and
repeat for the other two nuts.
Tightening procedure :
Tightening pressure : 1150 bar (repeat 3 times)
Confirm tightening in 200 running
hours after overhaul or refitting. Refer ro the
maintenance schedule
11. Dismount the clamping support
and the guiding jig.
12. Clean and mount the flame ring.
13. Mount the cylinder head on the engine.
