연료 분사 펌프 (Separate)
연료 분사 펌프의 분해
연료 분사 펌프를 분해하기에 앞서 작업대, 공구, 그
리고 고정구를 깨끗한 상태로 준비해 둔다. 작업대에
깨끗한 종이나 부드러운 천을 덮어 둔다. 분해 후, 모든
부품들을 등유(혹은 경유)와 핸드 브러시(철 솔은 제외)
를 사용하여 깨끗이 닦아 놓는다.
실링 면이 손상되지 않도록 주의 하십시
오.
모든 O-링, 백업 링 그리고 가스킷은 새
것으로 교체하십시오.
여러 번에 걸쳐서 볼트를 풀어 내십시오.
1. 그림 1과 같이 펌프를 뒤집어 분해용 고정구에 놓
고, 그림 2와 같이 태핏 어셈블리의 롤러를 펌프
하우징 방향으로 누른 상태에서 볼트를 사용하여
핀을 뽑아낸다.
2. 태핏 어셈블리에 가한 힘을 완화시킨다.
3. 그림 3과 같이 태핏 어셈블리를 들어낸다.
4. 그림 4와 같이 플런저와 함께 하부 스프링 시트를
들어올려 펌프 하우징의 외부로 빼낸다.
플런저에 손상이 가지 않도록 해야 하며,
손상을 방지하기 위해 별도로 다루어야 합니다.

5. 그림 5와 같이 플런저 스프링과 그림 6과 같이 상
부 스프링 시트와 함께 컨트롤 슬리브를 펌프 하
우징 외부로 빼낸다.

Disassembling a Fuel Injection Pump
Before attempting to disassemble the fuel injection
pump, make certain that working table, tools and
fixtures are clean. Cover the working table with clean
paper or soft cloth. After disassembly, all the parts must
be cleaned using clean kerosene (or gas oil) and a
hand brush (not a steel brush).

1. Place the pump in a dismantling fixture in inverted
position [fig. 1], and press the roller of tappet
assembly into the pump housing and take out the
pin with bolt [fig. 2].
2. Release the force on the tappet assembly.
3. Take out the tappet assembly [fig. 3].
4. Lift the lower spring seat with the plunger out of
the pump housing [fig. 4].
