Cylinder Head Assembly
실린더 헤드 어셈블리
흡기 및 배기 밸브용 시트는 실린더 헤드의 하부에 고
정되어 있으며, 마모되거나 손상되었을 경우 교체 가능하
다. 배기 밸브용 시트는 냉각수에 의해 냉각된다.
실린더 헤드는 연소실의 일부로서, 고성능의 신
뢰된 운전을 위해서는 정기적인 분해/점검 및 정비가 이루어져야
합니다.
실린더 헤드에는 그림 2와 같이 실린더 헤드와
라이너 사이의 접촉면에서 누설이 있는지를 확인할 수 있는 점검
홀이 있습니다. 이 점검 홀을 항상 관찰하십시오. 만일 연소 가스
나 냉각수가 미량이라도 샐 경우, 즉시 엔진을 정지하고 실린더
를 분해 및 점검해야 합니다.

일반 지침
Seats for intake and exhaust valves are fitted on
the bottom of cylinder head and replaceable when
worn or damaged. Seats for exhaust valves are
cooled by cooling water.
Cylinder head is a part of combustion
chamber, which should be overhauled and maintained
at regular interval for reliable operation with high
performance.
Cylinder head has a check hole against
leakage of contact faces between cylinder head and
liner as shown in fig. 2. Watch the check hole always. If
there is any leakage of combustion gas or water, stop
the engine immediately and overhaul the cylinder.
