Normal Operation
정상 운전
엔진시동 시 다음 절차에 따라서 준비 상태를 항상 확
인하여야 한다. 설치, 분해/점검, 장기간 정지 후 처음 운
전할 때에는 준비 상태의 점검을 보다 철저히 해야 한다.
시동을 위한 엔진자체의 준비
1.
검사 또는 정비 후 모든 사항의 조치를 확인하
기 위해서 크랑크 케이스 커버를 개방한 최근
날짜를 점검한다.
주요 볼트의 최근 체결날짜를 점검한다.
체결 부위를 점검하고 느슨한 부분이 있다면
다시 체결한다.
모든 커버가 닫혀 있는지 점검한다.
운전 중에는 엔진 커버를 개방해서는
안됩니다.
엔진 주변의 청결 상태를 점검한다.
엔진 회전 부위에는 어떠한 장애물도
없어야 하며 엔진 주변의 공구와 헝겊은 반드시 치워
야 합니다.
제어 시스템의 전원을 켠다.
엔진 및 조정실의 모니터링 판넬 등 제어 장치
의 기능을 점검한다.
냉각수 시스템의 준비

냉각수 탱크 수위를 점검하고 필요시 보충한다.
냉각수 공급 시스템이 정지 중이면 가동시킨다.
밸브를 점검하고 가동 위치에 맞춘다.
누수여부를 점검하고 필요시 보수한다.
냉각수 통로의 공기 배출 상태를 점검한다.
냉각수의 압력과 온도를 점검한다.

엔진 시동 준비사항
Be sure to make it a rule to check the readiness for
every starting of the engine according to the following
procedures. More careful checking of the readiness is
required for the starting initially after installation or
overhaul or a period of standstill.
1. Preparation of the Engine for Starting
Check the last date when the Crank Case
Cover opened for ensuring everything
cleared after inspection or maintenance.
Check the date when the last tightening of
major fasteners.
Check if there is any loosened part and
correct them, if any.
Check all covers are closed.
