흡기 및 배기 밸브 어셈블리
실린더 헤드에 흡기 및 배기 밸브의 조립
밸브, 스프링 및 로토 캡은 재 조립전에 확실히 정비되
고 세척되어야 한다.
재 조립 전, 각 밸브와 시트 링에는 일체의 균열
이 없어야 합니다. 이를 위해 색조 침투 탐상 검사 등과 같은 비
파괴 검사를 반드시 실시하십시오.
1. 밸브 가이드와 시트링을 깨끗이 세척한다.
2. 밸브 가이드 내부에 깨끗한 윤활유를 바른다.
3. 밸브 가이드의 O-링
O-링은 밸브 스핀들의 매 분해/점검마다
새 것으로 교체하십시오. 만일 밸브 시트를 통해 가스가 누
출되면, O-링이 과열될 수 있으며, 이 경우 반드시 새 O-
링으로 교체하십시오.
4. 밸브 스템에 깨끗한 윤활유를 바른다.
5. 분해 전 표시했던 위치를 확인한다.
밸브는 반드시 설치되었던 위치에 설치하
십시오.
6. 밸브 스핀들을 밸브 가이드에 주의하여 삽입하고 원
활하게 움직이는 지를 확인한다.
7. 분해의 역순으로 실린더 헤드에 스프링과 로토 캡을
조립한다.
흡기, 배기 밸브 및 시트 링의 분해/점검
1. 밸브와 시트 링 주변에 침적물이 있는지를 점검한다.
만일 비정상적인 침적물이 발견되면, 엔진 제작사로
연락하여 주십시오.
2. 밸브와 시트 링의 탄소 침적물을 제거하고 깨끗이
세척한다.

Assembling of Intake and Exhaust Valves on
the Cylinder Head
The valves, springs and rotocaps should be
maintained and cleaned before remounting.
rings should be free from any crack. Make sure that
crack test, for example, dye penetration test has been
carried out for them.
1. Clean
thoroughly.
2. Coat clean lubricating oil inside valve guide.
3. Replace O-rings
new one at every overhaul of valve spindle. If
there is any blow-by through the valve seats, the
O-ring may be overheated and also should be
replaced by a new one.
4. Coat clean lubricating oil on the valve stem.
5. Check location mark which has been done
before dismantling.

6. Insert valve spindle into valve guide carefully
and then check its smooth movement.
7. Assemble the springs and rotocaps on the
cylinder head in the reverse order of dismantling.
Overhaul of the Intake and Exhaust Valves
and Seat Rings
1. Check the deposits on the valves and around
seat rings. If unusual deposits are found, contact
the engine manufacturer.
2. Remove carbon deposits on the valves and seat
rings and clean them thoroughly.
