엔진 구동 냉각수 펌프
엔진구동 청수펌프의 조립
1. 베어링 내측에 그리스를 도포하여 직각도를 고려하여
프레스에서 베어링을 조립한다.
그림 1과 같이 씰 커버가 임펠러 쪽을
향하도록 배치하여 조립한다.

2. 오일 씰을 그림 2와 같은 전용 조립 치구를 사용하여
펌프 하우징에 조립하되 홈이 있는 방향이 위로
향하도록 한다.
조립시 오일 씰의 외경에 그리스를
도포하고 그림 2 처럼 고무 망치를 이용하여 조립하되
무리한 핏팅이 되지 않도록 할 것.

1. The inner bearing should be greased and
assembled on the press in consideration of right
angle.
The seal cover of 1Z bearing should be
assembled toward impeller as shown in Fig.1

2. The oil seal which has a groove on the upper
direction is mounted on pump housing by tool as
shown in Fig.2.
When assembly, the outside of oil seal
is greased and should be carefully fitted by rubber
hammer, not to be deformed or damaged.
