Fuel Injection Valve
연료 분사 밸브 (1-stud)
특정 실린더의 배기 온도가 다른 실린더와 현저하게
차이가 나는 경우, 연료 분사 밸브를 분해하여 검사해
야 한다. 가능성 있는 원인으로는 연료 분사 밸브의 잘
못된 설치, 연소실로 공급되는 연료의 균일하지 못한
분사 및 밸브 열림 압력의 잘못 등이 있다.
연료 분사 밸브를 설치하기 전에는 반드시 핸드 펌
프를 사용하여 분사 밸브의 기능 시험을 하여 정상적으
로 작동하고 있는지를 점검해야 한다.
연료 분사 밸브를 실린더 헤드로부터 분해
1. 너트 (A)를 풀어낸다.
2. 지지대 (B)를 연료 분사 밸브에서 분리해 낸다.

정비점검 절차
In case that the exhaust temperature of a
particular cylinder deviates considerably from the
others, dismount and inspect the fuel injection valve
carefully. The possible causes are an incorrect
mounting of fuel injection valve, or uneven injection
of fuel oil to combustion chamber, or wrong valve
opening pressure.
In order to check correct operation of the fuel
injection valve, functional test should be performed
by means of the hand pump before mounting the
fuel injection valve.
Dismantling Fuel Injection Valve from Cyl. Head
1. Unscrew the nuts (A).
2. Dismantle the support (B) from fuel injection
valve.
