그림 3과 같이 실린더 헤더 스터드용 너트 4개를

동시에 유압으로 풀어내어 분리한다.
분해 절차서 : G09500
분해 압력 : 1120 bar (max. 1155 bar)

10. 2개의 고정용 볼트 (M8)를 준비하여 연료 분사 펌
프와 워터 쟈켓을 고정시킨다.
이것은 고정 너트를 풀었을 때 연료 분사
펌프가 스프링에 의하여 위쪽으로 튀어 나가는 것을 방지하
기 위한 필수 작업이며, 그렇기 때문에, 고압 파이프 블록은
손상되는 것을 방지하기 위해서 반드시 분해해 두어야 합니
다.
11. 롤러가 연료 캠상에서 가장 낮은 위치로 올 때까지
크랭크 샤프트를 회전시킨다.
12. 워터 쟈켓에 있는 고정볼트 4개
풀어내고, 연료 분사 펌프에 있는 너트 4개를 풀어
낸다.

13. 볼트(M12) 4개를 준비하여 실린더 헤드를 워터 쟈
켓에 고정시킨다.

9. Loosen and dismount four nuts for cylinder head
studs hydraulically at the same time as shown in
fig 3.
Loosening procedure :
Loosening pressure : 1120 bar (max. 1155 bar)
Hydraulic tool :
10. Prepare two fixing bolts (M8), and screw fuel
injection pump and water jacket by them.
injection pump extruded upward by its spring after
loosening the fixing nuts for the fuel injection
pump. So, the high-pressure pipe block should be
dismantled to avoid damages.
11. Turn the crankshaft until the roller is in lowest
position on the fuel cam.

12. Unscrew four fixing bolts
jacket and four nuts
injection pump.
13. Prepare four bolts (M12) and screw cylinder
head to water jacket by screwing them.
