엔진 속도 제어 시스템
엔진 속도는 연료 분사 펌프의 랙에 연결된 가버너에
의해서 제어된다. 가버너 시스템은 엔진의 속도 변화를
탐지하며 설정된 속도를 유지하기 위해서 연료 분사의
양을 조절한다.
1. 가버너
엔진 적용방식에 따라 다양한 타입의 가버너
시스템이 엔진에 적용된다. 따라서, 특정 가버너
시스템에 대한 개별
그러나 기본적으로 다음과 같이 가버너에는 세가지
종류가 있다.
유압식 가버너 (표준)

아날로그 타입의 전기식 가버너 (선택사양)

2. 가버너 드라이브
전기식 타입의 가버너는 제어력을 위한 전원,
일반적으로 직류 24V를 필요로 한다.
하지만 유압식 타입의 가버너는 제어를 위한
유압력을 발생시키기 위해 외부 구동 미케니즘을
필요로 하므로 엔진의
구동된다.

윤활유는 케이싱에 가공된 통로를 통해서 엔진
시스템 오일로부터 회전 부위로 공급되지만 유압식
가버너는 자체의 독립된 윤활유 시스템을 가지고

Engine Speed Control System
Engine speed is controlled by a governor that links
to the racks of fuel injection pumps. Governor system
detects speed variation of the engine and controls
amount of fuel injection to keep the setting speed.
1. Governor
Various types of the governor system are
applicable for the engine depending on the engine
applications. Therefore, please refer to the
separated manual for the specific governor system.
However, there are three types of the governor
basically as follows;
- Hydraulic Governor (Standard)
- Analog type electric Governor (Option)
- Digital type electronic Governor (Option)
2. Governor drive
Electric type governors require electric power,
normally DC 24V, for the control force.
However, hydraulic type governor requires
external
hydraulic force for control, which is coupled to the
timing gear of the engine.
Lubricating oil is supplied to the rotating parts
from the engine system oil via drilled holes of the
casing. However, hydraulic governor has it's own
lubricating oil system.
