Normal Operation
정상 운전
부하를 일정하게 운전하는 것이 보다 나은 운전
결과를 지속적으로 얻을 수 있다. 급격한 부하나 속
도 변화는 가능한 한 피해야 한다. 언급된 규칙적인
점검 및 측정은 정상 운전기간 동안 수행되어야 하
며, 이것은 초기에 비정상적인 상태를 찾아내는데
도움이 된다. 정상적인 운전 중에 반드시 수행해야
할 중요한 조치는 다음과 같다.
정상 운전 중의 점검
1.
공장 시운전 양식이나 유사한 양식에 따라 엔
진 성능을 점검하고 기록한다. 현저하게 높거나
낮은 온도 및 압력에 대해서는 그 원인을 밝혀
야 한다.
연료 공급 시스템의 운전 상태를 점검한다.
엔진 입구 연료 온도를 점검한다
엔진이 중유로 운전되고 있을 경우에 중
유의 점도는 적당히 가열된 상태로 조절 되어있어야
합니다. 고 점도로 인해 연료분사 압력이 과도하게 되
며 연료분사 시스템에 손상을 끼칠 수 있습니다.
엔진이 디젤연료로 운전되고 있을 경우
에 디젤연료는 알맞게 냉각되어져야 하며 그렇지 않으
면 점도가 너무 낮아져서 연료펌프 플랜저가 고착될
수 있습니다.
배기 연통 외부의 배기 가스의 색을 관찰한다.
엔진 운전 소음을 점검한다.
과급기용 필터의 상태를 점검하고, 경보나 자동
정지에 의한 운전의 중단을 피하기 위해 과급
기용 필터 및 윤활유와 연료용 필터의 압력 강
하를 점검한다..

엔진 정상 운전
Operating with constant load provides better
service results continuously. Avoid abrupt load or
speed change as possible. Regular checks and
measures mentioned should be carried out
during normal operation, which will contribute to
earlier detection of any abnormality. The most
important
operation are as follows;
1. Checking during Normal Operation
Check and record engine performance
according to the format of shop test report or
the like. Any unusually high or low tempera-
ture or pressure should be investigated.
Check operating condition of fuel supply
system.
Check fuel oil temperature of engine inlet
HFO, viscosity of HFO should be controlled
by heating properly. High viscosity cause
excessive fuel injection pressure and may
result damage of fuel injection system.
Diesel Fuel Oil, the oil should be cooled
properly. Otherwise, the viscosity will be too
low, which may cause sticking of fuel pump
plunger.
Watch the color of exhaust gas out of funnel.
Sound the engine operating noise.
Check condition of filter for turbocharger and
pressure drop of filters for lubricating oil and fuel
oil to avoid any interruption of continuous
operation due to alarm or shutdown.
