13. 펌프를 위로 향하도록 놓은 후, 그림 28과 같이
조립된 딜리버리 밸브 부품들을 배럴 위에 놓는다.
14. 새로운 오링을 장착한 딜리버리 밸브 케이스를 배
럴에 놓고, 그림 29와 같이 소켓 헤드 볼트를 토
크 렌치를 이용하여 100 Nm의 토크로 체결한다.
15. 태핏 어셈블리에 가한 힘을 완화시킨다.
16. 새로운 가스켓을 장착한 디플렉터를 펌프하우징에
놓고, 그림 30과 같이 토크 렌치를 사용하여 60
Nm의 토크로 체결한다.
17. 조립 후, 컨트롤 랙의 움직임이 부드러운지를 검사
한다. 이 때 플런저는 무부하 정지 위치에서 전부
하 정지 위치까지 움직여야 한다. 이런 작업 후 펌
프는 보정을 할 수 있는 상태에 놓이게 된다.
18. 조립된 연료 분사 펌프를 엔진에 설치한다.

13. Place the pump in upright position. Set the
delivery valve parts assembled on the barrel [fig.
28].
14. Set the delivery value case with new O-ring onto
the barrel. Fasten the socket head bolt up to a
torque of 100 Nm with a torque wrench [fig. 29].
15. Release the force on the tappet assembly.

16. Tighten the deflector with new gasket into the
pump housing up to a torque 60 Nm with a torque
wrench [fig. 30].
17. After assembling, the smooth motion of the control
rack must be checked, and the plunger must be
moved from the no-load stop to full-load stop. The
pump is now ready for calibration.
18. Mount the assembled fuel injection pump to the
engine.
