Fuel Injection Valve
연료 분사 밸브 (1-stud)
2. 고압 파이프를 연료 분사 밸브에 연결한다
3. 수동으로 천천히 펌프의 압력을 올려서, 밸브 개방
압력 및 분무 형상을 확인한다.
밸브 개방 압력 : 450 bar
시험중 분사되는 주위에 손을 가까이 하
지 마십시오. 고압으로 인해 신체가 손상될 수도 있습니
다.
연료 개방 압력의 조정
밸브 개방 압력이 450 bar가 되지 않으면, 아래와 같
은 절차에 따라 밸브의 개방 압력을 조정하십시오.
1. 고정 너트 (F)를 풀어둔다.
2. 조정 볼트 (G)를 천천히 돌리면서 펌핑을 계속하
여 밸브의 개방 압력을 확인한다.
3. 밸브 개방 압력은 10 bar 씩 조정해 나간다.
4. 압력 설정이 완료되면, 조정 나사를 고정하기 위해
너트 (F)를 토크 스패너로 체결한다.
체결 토크 : 100 Nm (molycote 도포)
연료 분사 노즐 분해(별도의 tool 이용)
연료 분사 밸브 시험장치를 이용하여 노즐을 분해할
수 있으나, 별도 공급된 tool을 이용하면 노즐분해가
용이하다.
1. Tool을 지지대에 고정시킨다.
2. 연료 분사 밸브를 그림 3.과 같은 tool에 장착한다.
3. 볼트 ( I )를 체결하여, 연료 분사 밸브를 고정시킨
다.
4. 고정 너트 (F)를 풀어둔다.
5. 실링 개스킷 (K)를 제거한다.(그림 4 참조)
6. 토크 스패너로 노즐 너트 (J)를 풀어낸다.
카본이 틈새에 생성될 경우 노즐과 노즐
너트가 고착되어 Dowel pin이 파손될 우려가 있다.
Dowel pin 파손에 주의할 것.

Adjustment of Valve Opening Pressure
If the valve opening pressure is not 450 bar,
adjust opening pressure as following process.

Dismantling of Fuel Valve Nozzle
Though the testing device can be used for
dismantling nozzles of fuel valve, it is convenient to
use optional dismantling tool.
1. Fix the tool on support.

2. Insert fuel valve on the tool as fig.3.
3. Fix fuel valve with bolt ( I ).
4. Loosen the locking nut(F).
5. Remove the sealing gasket(K)(refer to fig.4)
6. Loosen the nozzle nut(J) with a torque
.

Connect the high pressure pipe to the fuel
injection valve.
Pump slowly by hand, and check the valve
opening pressure and spray pattern.
Valve opening pressure : 450 bar
Don't put hands near spray area
during testing. High injection pressure may
damage to the human body.
Loosen the locking nut (F).
Turn the adjusting screw (G) slowly and check
valve opening pressure while pumping.
Adjust the valve opening pressure by the step
of 10 bar.
When pressure setting is finished, tighten the
nut (F) with a torque spanner to fix the
adjusting screw.
Tightening torque : 100 Nm (with molycote)
spanner.
Carbon between nozzle and nozzle
nut can make Dowel
dismantling nozzle. Be careful of damage of
dowel pin.
