2. 윤활유 상태 점검
윤활유 품질은 다양한 발생원에 의해 노화 및 오
염물로 인해 차츰 변화될 것이다. 전형적인 오염물
은 연소실의 검정분진 및 소립자, 스며든 응축수, 소
금기, 파손된 소립자 그리고 오일 자체의 산화물들
이다.
그러므로, 공급자 또는 전문가에 의한 윤활유 상
태의 규칙적인 점검은 적어도 3개월 마다 하는 것이
강력 추천된다. 이 경우에 점도, 인화점, BN, 불용성
및 수분성분과 특성에 대한 분석이 점검에 포함되어
야 한다.

2. Checking of Lubricating Oil Condition
The quality of the lubricating oil will be
changed slowly due to ageing and contamination
via various sources. The typical contaminators
are soot and particles from combustion chamber,
penetrated or condensed water and salt, wear
particles, and oxidation of oil itself, etc.
Therefore, regular checking of lubricating oil
condition by supplier or specialist, at least every
three months interval, is strongly recommended.
In this case, the checking should include at least
the analysis of Viscosity, Flash point, BN,
insoluble, and water content and the nature.
