Steel shim과 Internal buffer 사이의 간극을 feeler
gauge를 사용하여 4mm가 유지 되는지 검사한다.

Clearance Inspection
Inspect a gap, between a steel shim and a internal
buffer, should be 4mm by means of a feeler
