윤활유 및 관리
알 림 특히, BN 값이 최초 값의 50% 이하로 떨
어졌을 때 윤활유는 교체되어야 하며, 윤활유 소모량만큼
주기적으로 보충하는 것이 중요하다.
어떤 변수가 허용한계에 있다면 오일을 전면 교체
하는 대신 일부 방법들로 오일을 정상상태로 바꾸는
데 효과가 있을 수 있다. 어떤 경우에 이러한 것은
적절한 처리나 강력한 정제작용 또는 오일을 부분적
으로 보충함으로써 달성될 수 있다
인화점이 150℃ 미만이면 크랭크 케이스의
폭발 위험이 있을 수 있습니다.
4. 윤활유의 정제
엔진 필터에 추가하여 윤활유에 정제장치를 설치
하도록 권고하고 있다.
부착된 원심분리 필터는 경유로 운전하는 엔진에
추천된다. 원심형 정제장치는 중유로 운전하는 엔진
에 필요하다.
저 점도를 만들기 위해서 가열된 윤활유를 계속해
서 원심 분리하도록 권고하는 것은 보다 효과적인
정제작업을 위한 것이다. 유량과 예열온도에 대해서
는 정제 장비 메이커의 권고사항을 따르도록 하고
있다. (보통 85~95 ℃)
엔진 운전 중인 동안에는 계속해서 윤활유를 원심분
리 하는 것을 추천한다. 이것은 윤활유가 공급 될 때 윤
활유 속에 포함 된 이물질이 즉시 제거 될 수 있다. 동시
에 윤활유를 예열 하는데 적은 양이 필요하기 때문에 에
너지를 절감 할 수 있는 방범 이기도 하다.

measures instead of entire replacement of the oil
may be effective for recovering the oil to normal
condition. In some cases, this can be achieved
by proper treatment or by intensive purification or
by partial filling (top-up) of the oil.

4. Purifying of Lubricating Oil
In addition to engine filter, it is recommended
to install a purifying device for the lubricating oil.
A built on centrifugal filter is recommended for
the engine running on marine diesel oil. A
centrifugal type purifier is required for the engine
running on heavy fuel oil.
Continuous centrifuging with heated lubricating
oil for lower viscosity is recommended for more
effective purifying. It is recommended to follow
the purifier maker's recommendation for the flow
rate and preheating temperature (normally 85-
95 ℃).
It is recommended to separate the oil on the
engine while operating. In this way, the dirt can
be removed immediately when it is supplied to
the engine. At the same time energy is saved
because it is necessary to warm up the oil only
by a little.
