원칙적으로 유압으로 장력을 거는 동안 너트를 조였을
때, 나사가 체결되며 그 이후에는 유압을 해제한다. 이
유압 체결 방법은 일반적으로 수동 체결 방법보다 작업
이 더 용이하며 더 나은 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 따라서,
대부분의 중요하거나 큰 볼트는 유압으로 체결한다. 유압
체결 볼트는 유압 공구 세트에 알맞게 설계된 한 쌍의
스터드와 너트로 항상 구성되어 있다. 그림 1과 같이 너
트는 유압 잭용 지지대의 홀을 통하여 돌릴 수 있도록
핀 홀이 가공되어 있다.
엔진은 유압 공구 세트를 사용하여 유압으로 체결하고
풀어야만 하는 몇몇 중요한 나사들이 있다.
유압 공구 세트는 유압 펌프, 호스 및 디스트리뷰팅
피이스로 구성되어 있으며, 이것은 나사 크기와 관계없이
일반적인 사용이 가능하다. 대부분의 유압 볼트는 쌍으로
체결되며, 이것은 동일한 체결 압력용 디스트리뷰팅 피이
스를 필요로 한다. 다른 개수의 포트를 가진 두 종류의
디스트리뷰팅 피이스가 있다. 그림 2와 3과 같이 실린더
헤드에 있는 나사는 4개의 포트를 필요로 하며 그 밖의
다른 나사들은 2개의 포트를 필요로 한다.

General
In principle, a screw can be tightened when nut is
screwed in during tensioning by hydraulic force and
then release the hydraulic force. This hydraulic
tightening method provides easier working and more
reliable result than manual tightening in general.
Therefore, most of the important or big screws are
tightened hydraulically. A hydraulic tightened screw
always consists of a set of stud and nut which are
designed properly for a hydraulic tool set. The nut
has pin holes for turning through the hole of support
for jack as shown in fig 1.

The engine also has some important screws which
should be tightened and loosened hydraulically by
means of hydraulic tool sets.
The hydraulic tool set consists of a hydraulic pump,
hoses and a distributing piece, which are for common
use regardless of screw size. Most of the hydraulic
screws are tightened in pair(s), which need distribut-
ing piece for same tightening pressure. There are two
kinds of distributing piece with different number of
ports. Screws on cylinder head need four ports and
the others need two ports as shown in fig 2 and 3.
