원심 필터 A67000
진에 설치할 수도 있다. 원심력은 오일 압력으로부터
얻어진다. 원심 필터에 대한 상세한 사항은 제작사의
별도 지침서를 참고하십시오.
윤활유 압력 조정 밸브
터의 입구 압력을 약 5 bar로 조정하며 엔진의 피드 블
록에 설치되어 있다. 조정/안전 밸브의 모든 움직이는
부품에 대해 마모나 손상이 있는지를 점검하고 마모나
손상된 부품은 교체해야 한다.
온도 조정 밸브
A64000
입으로 60℃ ~ 69℃의 고정된 온도 범위내에서 작동하
며, 원통형의 케이싱에 설치되며, 이것도 피드 블록에
설치된다. 온도 조정 밸브의 조정은 불가능하며, 일반적
으로 밸브 엘레먼트는 정비가 필요없지만 깨끗이 청소
하거나 전체적으로 교체할 필요가 있습니다. 그림 3은
온도 조정 밸브내의 윤활유의 흐름을 나타내고 있다.

일반 지침
The centrifugal oil filter
mounted on the engine on request of the customers.
A centrifugal force is taken from the oil pressure.
Details for the centrifugal oil filter are found in a
separate manual.
The oil pressure regulating valve
adjusts inlet pressure of the lubricating oil filter at
about 5 bar and is mounted on feed block of the
engine. In addition, the regulating/safety valve should
be checked all moving parts for wear and any damage,
and replace worn and damaged parts.
The thermostat valves
wax element type, working at fixed temperature range
of 60℃~69℃, and are installed inside cylindrical
casings, which are mounted on the feed block of the
engine. The thermostat valve cannot be adjusted, and
normally no maintenance is required. However, in
some cases it is necessary to clean or replace valve
elements. Fig. 3 shows the lubricating oil flow in
thermostatic valve.
