엔진의 예열
3.
엔진 예열은 연료와 윤활유의 원활한 순환 뿐만
아니라 열적 충격으로부터 엔진을 보호하기 위해 필
요하다.
냉각수 가열 시스템이 설치된 경우 가동시킨다.
시동 전 2시간 이상 예열용 냉각수를
실린더 주위로 순환시켜야 하며, 예열용 냉각수의 온
도는 다음과 같이 시동 연료에 따라 다릅니다.
HFO(중유) 시동시 : 60
MDO(경유) 시동시 : 40
연료 시스템의 준비

연료 탱크에 고인물을 빼내고 필터를 점검한다.
연료 탱크 레벨을 점검하고 필요 시 보충한다.
디젤연료를 위해 냉각 시스템을 점검한다.
HFO 시동 시, 엔진의 예열상태를 재점검해서
HFO 순환이 가능한지 확인한다.
중유에 의한 비상 저온 시동을 금해야
합니다. 저온엔진은 중유에 의해 연료분사시스템이
막힐 수 있으며, 이것은 시동 시에 연료분사 압력을과
도하게 높여서 연료분사 시스템에 심각한 손상을 초래
합니다.
엔진 정지 후에도 중유가 연속적으로
가열되지 않는다면 엔진 재시동 전에 연료분사 시스템
내부에 있는 중유를 제거하고 경유로 세척해야 합니다.
모든 연료분사 펌프, 밸브 및 고압관들을 분해 후 중
유를 제거해야 합니다.

3. Preheating of the Engine
Preheating of the engine is required for
protecting the engine from thermal shock as well
as proper circulation of fuel oil and lubricating oil.
Operate cooling water heating system, if
installed.

4. Preparation of Fuel System
Drain fuel tanks for water and check filters.
Check fuel tank level and fill, if needed.
