Lube Oil Cooler Assembly
윤활유 냉각기 어셈블리
플레이트를 새로운 것으로 교체할 경우에
는 반드시 새로운 플레이트는 이전과 동일한 사양의 플레
이트를 사용해야 합니다.
정비 중에 플레이트가 손상되지 않도록
주의하십시오.
플레이트는 공급자의 권고사항을 만족하
는 적절한 세정제를 사용하여 깨끗이 세척해야 합니다.
윤활유 냉각기 하우징을 분해해야 할 필요가 있을 경
우에는, 다음 절차를 따른다.
4. 바닥에 떨어지지 않도록 윤활유 냉각기 하우징을
로프로 고정한 후, 크레인에 연결한다.
5. 볼트 (D)를 풀어낸 후, 하우징과 엔진 블록을 연결
해 주는 볼트 (E)를 풀어낸다.
6. 윤활유 냉각기 하우징을 떼어낸다.
각 부품에 손상이 가지 않도록 주의하십
시오.
윤활유 냉각기 하우징을 분해할 때에는
다치지 않도록 주의하십시오.
7. 조립은 4에서 6의 역순에 따른다.
조립 전, 개스킷은 반드시 새 것으로 교
체하십시오.

If it is necessary to dismount the oil cooler housing,
the procedure is as follows.
4. Tie the oil cooler housing with a rope, and hook up
onto a crane not to fall down to the ground.
5. Unscrew the bolts (D) and the connection bolts (E)
between oil cooler housing and engine block.
6. Dismount the oil cooler housing.

7. For mounting the oil cooler housing, follow in
reverse order 4 to 6.
