과급 냉각기
5. 공기 측과 냉각수 측의 냉각기 엘레먼트를 세정제
가 담겨있는 세척용 통에 담구어 깨끗이 세척한다.
정비중 핀이 손상되지 않도록 주의하십시
오. 손상된 핀은 공기가 과급 냉각기를 통과할 때 더 큰
압력강하를 유발합니다.
부식이 있는지에 대해 검사하십시오.
반드시 인터미디에이트 피이스내에 있는
찌거기나 침전물이 제거되었는지를 확인하십시오.
6. 조립은 2에서 5의 역순에 따른다.
인터미디에이트 피이스에 그리스를 바르
십시오.
과급 냉각기를 조립하기 전, 개스킷은 새
것으로 교체하십시오.
엔진 시동 전, 볼트의 체결상태를 검사하
십시오.

5. Clean and put the cooler elements on air and
water sides in the cleaning bath with detergent.
Pay attention that the fins are not
damaged during the maintenance. Damaged fins
result in an increased the pressure drop across air
cooler.
Check for corrosion.
Make sure that fouling and deposits in
the intermediate piece should be removed.
6. Mount the air cooler in reverse order 2 to 5.
Coat the intermediate piece with the
grease.
Make sure that new gasket should be
replaced before reassembling the air cooler.
Before the engine starting, check the
tightening of the bolts. See
