카운터 웨이트
카운터 웨이트의 분해
1. 리프팅용 로프를 그림 1과 같이 크랭크 웹에 설치
한다.
2. 크랭크 샤프트를 한쪽 방향으로 대략 30˚회전시
킨다.
3. 카운터 웨이트 스터드용 2개의 너트를 동시에 유
압으로 풀어낸 후 떼어낸다.
분해 절차서 :
분해 압력 : 870 bar (max. 893 bar)
유압 공구 :

4. 카운터 웨이트를 분리시킨다.
크랭크 샤프트와 카운터 웨이트의 접촉
면을 깨끗이 닦아낸 후, 접촉면에 손상이 있는지를 점검하
십시오..
스터드와 너트의 나사산이나 접촉면에 손
상이 있으면, 새 것으로 교체하십시오.

정비점검 절차
Dismounting a Counter Weight
1. Install the lifting lope to the crank web as shown in
fig. 1.
2. Turn the crankshaft to approximately 30˚in either
direction.
3. Loosen and dismount two nuts for counter weight
studs hydraulically at the same time
Loosening procedure :
Loosening pressure : 870bar (max. 893 bar)
Hydraulic tool :

4. Dismount the counter weights.
