Normal Operation
정상 운전
엔진 시동
1.
인디케이터 콕을 닫는다.
'Ready to Start' 램프가 켜져 있는지 점검한다.
'Start' 버튼을 누른다.
엔진 시동은 반드시 적합한 담당자에
의해 수행되어야 한다.
엔진이 정상적인 상태에서 잠시 정지시
킨 경우를 제외하고는 엔진측 제어 시스템에 의해 수
동으로 시동해야 한다. 또한 운전자는 엔진 운전 상태
를 점검하는 동안 필요시 즉시 엔진을 정지시킬 수 있
는 위치에 있어야 한다.
Remote Start 일 경우에도 반드시 엔진 주변을 점검

해야 한다.
시동 후 즉시 점검

운전중 엔진 소리를 주의깊게 들어본다.
만일 이상한 소리가 감지되거나 의심스
러울 때는 엔진을 즉시 멈추고, 적절한 조사를 실시해
야 한다.
예비 윤활 펌프가 멈추었는지 확인하고, 윤활유
압력이 상승되는지를 확인한다.
냉각수 압력과 공기 배출 상태를 점검한다.
연료 공급 압력을 점검한다.
터보과급기 속도를 점검한다.
각 실린더의 연소 상태를 확인하기 위해 배기
가스 온도를 점검한다.
엔진과 공급 장치 주변에 누설 부위가 있는지
점검한다.
모든 자동정지 및 경보기능이 정확하게 작동하
는지를 점검한다.

Engine Starting
엔진 시동
1. Starting the Engine
Check indicator cock closed.
Check 'Ready to Start' lamp 'On'.
Press 'Start' button.
authorized personnel only.
of 'Stop' with normal engine condition, the
engine should be started manually by 'Local'

condition of engine running.
Be sure to check the surroundings of the
engine in case of 'Remote Start'
2. Checking immediately after Starting
Listen to the engine running sound carefully.

Check pre-lubricating pump stopped and oil
pressure rising as soon as the engine runs.
Check water pressure and air venting.
Check fuel feed pressure.
Check turbocharger speed.
Check exhaust gas temperature of each
cylinder whether firing occurs.
Check any leakages around the engine and
feed system.
Check all shutdowns and alarms function
correctly.
