Lubricating Oil System
윤활유 시스템
윤활유 펌프 A61000
의 피드 블록에 설치되어 있다. 펌프는 저속에서도 균
일하게 충분한 유량을 제공할 수 있는 크기이며, 이 펌
프는 중간의 기어 휠을 통해 크랭크 샤프트에 의해 구
동된다. 기어 샤프트는 볼트에 의해 엔진 블록에 고정
되어 있다.
윤활유 냉각기
A62000
엔진의 피드 블록 아래에 설치되어 있다. 윤활유는 냉
각수에 의해 냉각되며, 플레이트의 수량은 요구되는 윤
활유의 온도에 따라 결정되어진다. 윤활유 냉각기에 대
한 상세한 사항은 제작사의 별도 지침서를 참고하십시
오.
윤활유 필터 A63000
진 이중 페이퍼 카트리지 타입이며 엔진의 피드 블록에
설치되어 있다. 각 필터에는 60㎛의 조밀함을 가진 스
테인레스 스틸의 안전 카트리지도 있다. 높은 압력 강
하는 필터의 전/후에 부착되어 있는 압력 센서에 의해
나타나고, 압력값의 차이가 설정치 보다 높은 경우에는
경보 시스템이 작동된다. 윤활유 필터는 필터 선택 밸
브에 의해 선택적으로 사용할 수 있다. 그림 2는 필터
내의 윤활유의 흐름을 나타내고 있다.

일반 지침
The lubricating oil pump
type, mounted on the feed block of the engine. The
pump is dimensioned to provide sufficient flow even at
low speeds. It is driven by the crankshaft through an
intermediate gear wheel. The gear shaft is fastened to
the engine block by screws.
The lubricating oil cooler
plate type, mounted below the feed block of the
engine. The L.O is cooled down by means of the
cooling water. The number of plate is determined
according to the lubricating oil temperature required.
Details for the lubricating oil cooler are found in a
separate manual.
The lubricating oil filter
duplex paper cartridge type with a fineness of 15㎛,
mounted on the feed block of the engine. Each filter
has a safety cartridge of stainless steel with a
fineness of 60㎛. The high pressure drop can be
indicated by the pressure transmitters which are fitted
before and after filter. When the difference value of
the pressure is higher than the setting value, the
alarm system is activated. The lubricating oil filter is
used selectively by the oil filter selection valve. Fig 2
shows the lubricating oil flow in lubricating oil filter.
